Collins retired because he couldn't get the one fight he wish for, that is Roy Jones. Who among the present boxers (must have at least 2 defeats) will have that similar path, keeps winning, retired all of a sudden because he couldnt get his desired opponent in the ring.
My choice would be Lucas Matthysse, he will keep winning in the next two years, I see him knocking out Adrien Broner and Ruslan Provodnikov and winning by decision against either Herrera or Postol, cleans up the 140 division and calls out Danny Garcia in a rematch, in which Swift will turn down, thus Matthysse will have no desire to fight the rest, including Manny Pacquiao.
