A proxy war with Russia, and steering the problem away from Israel.
US tax dollars buy bombs that are dropped on honorable Syrian men who are resisting an army of child rapists, while we instead celebrate the cowardly "refugees" who flee to Europe to mug people.
When your foreign policy is controlled by shills/puppets like the Clintons and Kerry what do you expect.
Lets remember we hate Assad because he held down a rebellion (which we later found out was started by the US) and allegedly used chemical weapons (against rebels who are verified to have used chemical weapons).

well when the US demands assad must go, it's fairly obvious why. none of this is being reported on CNN, FOX, MSNBC either. people say RT is kremlin propaganda, it is, but our own corporate media is unilaterally corrupt to the same degree. trump is the only candidate that seems genuine about destroying ISIS, that's why the Saudis and neocons are viciously against him. it's become so ****ing transparent what's going on in Syria.Comment
