You misunderstood my point, I agree she used the race card but the quote was "Another black person using the race card" as if it happens everytime. Or implying that race isn't an issue in America anymore.

so you agree, asking for my id with out probable cause upon oath or affirmation is a violation of my 4th amendment rights.

when an officer himself can affirm, that is probable cause by affirmation, the evidence of criminal activity they don't need a warrant. though what they can search is limited to the scope of the crime. like if the crime involves a stolen elephant you cant be looking in my sock drawer.

Unless the police officer specifically saw illegal activity occur or evidence of illegal activity having been occurred he had no constitutional right to violate her 4th amendment rights.

if i drop a bag of green stuff infront of an officer, he cant just arrest me for posession and search my person, if he picks up the bag and finds that its drugs he can as he has probable cause by affirmation.
