The IBU? Just another phoney belt that is meaningless. Toney hasn't done anything in years. Maybe 7 or 8 years ago when he had some relevance, but today? Hell no! That fight would be a wholesale slaughter. James is shot, simple as that. He's still defensively adequate in the pocket but get out of that pocket and James just can't carry his wieght around the ring like he used to, as a matter of fact his movement is nearly extinct. Wlad will use his hieght, wieght and reach to easily work just outside of Toneys reach. Wholesale slaughter!
