Shoulder endurance without weight lifting ?

    Do more calisthenics. Push ups mainly as well as pull ups and dips. Do half the max amount of push ups you can do for 4-6 sets. Ex: If you can only do 60 push ups to failure then do 6 sets of 30. Or you might be throwing too many punches per round. I try to throw 90 good punches per round on the heavy bag. But overall calisthenics is most likely your best bet. DONT throw any punches other than uppercuts with weights because it wont make you faster or increase endurance.
