    it's a wretched magazine these days
    i get it for the pictures. they still have the rights to the best photographs.

                  I'm not defending the list, but people miss out on the premise of the article which is best middleweight champions. The writer was focused only on title reigns. So in other words, Charley Burley wouldn't be on a list like this.

                  But it still smells bad when the supposed #1 middleweight champion is an owner of the company that pays Lee Groves.

                    He is still forgetting the likes of Tony Zale, Freddie Steele and Tommy Ryan among others if it's only about title reigns.

                    It's also difficult to justify Les Darcy being a legitimate world champion.
