Yeah but you'd wait forever if you need to see a specialists like ent, gastro, etc.. In the US, we can see these specialists anytime we want with PPO insurance.
And it's not really free in Canada coz your tax is way higher than in the US.

Yes our taxes are higher but that's how they pay for it. I never had issues waiting for a specialist (could be my luck) I know DR's get paid MUCH more than here. Where you live?

Medicare and Medicaid are two different plans. Medicare is for senior citizens and the disabled. Medicaid is for low income families and people who qualify.
