Bacon sprinkled on baked potato topped with cheez whiz is muy delicioso.
Porkchops, the easiest to marinate and to fry. Also when it's breaded.
Crunchy Pork rinds goes well with beer.
Pork in tamarind soup base with vegetables is a lovely delight.
