p4p best, especially in today's environment where the HW champ is typically afforded very little respect because of the lack of strength of the division.

Not necessarily, but right now no one would defeat Wladimir.

The only problem with being heavyweight champion is, the heavyweight champion doesn't get much respect from the American media unless he's black and American. If he's European, they'll just be poor sports and say the division is weak.
