Sounds like Haymon is trying to stop the fight by asking for too much money on behalf of his fighters. I don't believe he wants Garcia v Matthysse.

The TV companies decide that. If they say they can't make a profit, then they can't do it. That said, it would be better if they weren't blowing $31m on Mayweather every time out resulting in heavy $12m losses.
