is this a joke? The "official" rules are no hand guns and no FULL auto, but its a joke, everyone has a gun or two, except maybe hipsters who live in the city, plus aton of full auto's go "missing" every year.

Its really easy to get guns in Russia, if you live outside city you atleast have a shotgun or a rifle
