In The Netherlands they e created a completely fake online profile for a 10 year old Filipino girl by the name of Sweetie. What's more is they have made a completely computer animated model of her to use of web cam which they then used to extract credit payments and track down who are watching these sites.

Truly disturbing how widespread this all is.
