I have seen every fight of Floyd Mayweather's career and I have been watching Pac since he beat MAB. At no point did I ever believe Pac would beat Floyd if they ever met. Not once.

i think mannys speed and power makes it a 55/45 edge in mannys favor !!!!! what really propels manny is the fact that he is battle tested against future hall of famers like morales , marquez , barrera , and cotto, margarita , and dela hoya !!!!! while mayweather is battle tested against the likes like samba michel , baldomire , and brussales!!!!! i think mannys experiance in the ring with higher quality opponents shall give him a significant and over whelming edge !!!!!!!!! when you add the eperiance with mannys speed , heart , and power the fight transforms from a 55/45 to a 75/25 fight in mannys favor !!!!! the intangibles are in mannys favor like it or not !!!!!!! and thats my unbiased view !!!!!!!

Fighting that one dimensional midget will put Floyd's grandchildren into college...
Or at least a new wing in the MGM Grand will be named after him after he loses all his money in their casino.

You can't count anybody out at this level but you'd be hard pressed to find solid arguments to make Pacquiao the favorite in this fight.

Maybe but Mayweather beats his opponents convincingly anyway so there will be no rematch

Mayweather is a strategic for sure. However, he has proven to be vulnerable. If anyone can exploit his that it will be Manny. Manny is a well rounded fighter and I believe that's what it will take to beat Mayweather. The X-factor here will be Roach in my opionion.

The fact that Manny did poorly against Marquez has opened their eyes and will actually prove to work in his favor. I don't think he likes Mayweather as a person and will be a big factor.

Judging will be huge if it goes 12. Quantity (Manny) vs. Quality (Mayweather). Which will the judges favor. I'm thinking the quantity will be two much of a difference so I'm taking Manny to win this one. The law of averages.

Mayweather's ego will be his worse enemy.

Styles make fights and just because Marquez always gives Manny problems doesn't automatically mean Floyd beats Pac easily. It's obvious that JMM just knows how to fight Pacquiao. Ortiz was getting to Floyd a little bit and I can easily see Manny doing so and a lot more. The difference between Floyd and Marquez is that Floyd usually counters one punch at a time while JMM comes back w/ a combination. If Floyd throws one counter shot, Pac will throw back on that shot and ultimately level out the exchanges and make for a closer fight than expected. Floyd is the favorite at this point for good reason but Pac certainly can't be written off. That would be foolish.

The " new version " of Manny Pacquiao wasnt even able to knock down a 38 year old Marquez at Welterweight .
In fairness, it was obvious that Marquez was in way, way better shape in that fight than he was against Floyd. Also, Floyd barely managed to drop that same Marquez when he intentionally outweighed him by quite a lot.
