He had to ask Mosley f or random testing, because the Pacquiao negotiations had already feel through, and had he not he woulf hav looked like an even bigger hypocrites.

Mosley is also an admitted PEC user, there has never been proof of Pacquiao ever having anything to do with PED's other than the pre-calculated smear campaign planted by the Mayweather Sr. and the rest of the Mayweather team, but that's OK because I forgot they all have medical degrees.

Random testing is a barrier that many elite athletes cross with no problem at all.

Looks bad when the biggest fight ever breaks down because one guy is afraid to prove he's clean.
