Usually how it goes is a Manager (in haymon case advisor) gets a list of fighters that are available and are viable option and then the manager/advisor weighs the risk/rewards and likely hood of getting victory and then brings a short list to the boxer. Now if the boxer wants to go the easy route it is their for them to take ( and often is pushed to the boxer) but ever so often you get a fighter who is a real fighter or is lost in his own hype and turns down the easy route and chooses the harder fight (broner, chavez) but then you get the fighter who will only wants to go the easy route (danny garcia).

Reason why fighters go to haymon is the non regulation of the easy fights available, with every other promoter they have to sell the fight to a network in order to make money and pay their fighters, so the network dont want to buy easy fights the fighter is out of luck and has to fight the tougher fight. Haymon is paying these fighters out of the investment money so their is no regulators to say no we wont buy the that mismatch easy fight.
Your last paragraph is ridiculous. Back that up with facts, thanks.
