    Heard about this one. Young boxers take note; in the last repeat you'll see the transfer that sends the power from the foot through the leg, hips, shoulder, arm and to the target. That movement isn't just for getting reach, it's because power comes from the ground up. Beautiful example of that.

    And, an example of why you return your glove to your chin after jabbing and not let it drift to your side. He may have not been able to prevent that right from landing but your opponent will pick up on your lazy jab and prey on it.
