we have differing experiences/opinions 80's lakers. i didn't become lakers nuthugger 'til they lost to the bulls.

celtic was stacked too.

it's just they had health issues.

ako naman tol lakers na ko since kareem at given naman na sa lakers yung 80's but did get good competition vs celtics...

it's because the celtics was cheap.

no charter planes. (not until like bird's last year or 2nd to last year)

the boston garden crappy floor. uneven and crap. can't be good for big men's knees and backs.

crappy training facilities. i think they were playing out of a junior college gym.

stupid boston.

the crappy floor at the garden worked well for the celtics back then, they have tremendous home court advantage.... gamay na gamay yung sahig

larry was coldblooded. he never choked like magic did.

magic tbh was lucky he had more talented teammates and more important they were healthier.

bird's celtics was beat up a lot. mchale , bird , etc. was rarely healthy.

yeah but it ****ed up their players too.

they played on them more.

it was an advantage in games but screwed up with their health.

7 foot men running around eneven floors all day is not good for your knees , backs , etc. year after year.
