No one knows who Wilder is right now. Him vs Wlad would only really be big in Germany but Wlad can fight anyone in Germany and make it big.

Depends on what divisions you find interesting in the sport. The following fights would be considered "big" in their respective weight divisions.
105 - Katsunari Takayama vs Kohei Tanaka for Katsunari's unified straps.
108 - Francisco Rodriguez Jr vs Donnie Nietes for Donnie's strap.
112 - Juan Francisco Estrada vs Roman Gonzalez for the WBA, WBO and WBC belts.
115 - Naoya Inoue vs Roman Gonzalez/Carlos Cuadras for Naoya's WBO strap or unification with Cuadras for his WBC strap.
118 - Tomoki Kameda vs Shinsuke Yamanaka for a unification.
122 - Guillermo Rigondeaux vs any of the other champions for a unification.
124 - Abner Mares vs Leo Santa Cruz
126 - Nicholas Walters vs Jhonny Gonzalez/Vasyl Lomachenko for a unification.
130 - Orlando Salido vs Takashi Miura/Uchiyama would seem the most interesting. Unless Gamboa decides to drop to 130 of course.
135 - Jorge Linares vs Yuriorkis Gamboa for Linares' strap.
140 - Danny Garcia vs Manny Pacquiao/Lucas Matthysse 2/ Terrance Crawford?
147 - Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Amir Khan/Keith Thurman/Timothy Bradley or
Amir Khan vs Kell Brooks/Amir Khan vs Manny Pacquiao
154.5 - Saul Canelo Alvarez vs Miguel Cotto for the 155 lbs strap.
160 - Miguel Cotto vs GGG or GGG vs Canelo.
168 - Carl Froch vs JJC Jr/ Andre Ward vs GGG would both be massive.
175 - Adonis Stevenson vs Sergey Kovalev... this one is just as depressing as "the fight".
HW - Deontay Wilder vs Wladimir Klitschko/ Tyson Fury ( ) would be two massive fights.
There's plenty of great fights roaming around.

The next "big" fight will also entail a lot of "big" waiting.
GGG vs Ward is something I'd like to see more but will not happen till GGG unifies the Middleweight Crowns. Ward wants 2 tune ups as well. Ward might not be there anymore. I think if something were to happen to Kovalev( Which would be very tragic.) Ward might jump up. I can't see Ward worrying much about Stevenson or Pascal.
Kovalev/Stevenson looks inevitable soon, perhaps this year ?
Now that Walters is with Haymon, Lomachenko is more unlikely. That's too bad because it should be an outstanding fight. Stylistically, they are very different and the outcome is uncertain. Like to see it.
