Adonis apparently already considers himself a big dog in negotiating with Hopkins and Pascal.

They said they were going to announce his opponent today. (Edit: damn, planned Thursday press conference has been cancelled so we probably won't know this week)
Campillo said he was training yesterday because he was still in the running. So hopefully that dude is wrong.
Campillo also said he resumed training today as he is a candidate to face @AdonisSuperman.

Also, Marcus Oliveira is in the running. =\Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 08-13-2014, 04:12 PM.

Stevenson is the number 1 175lber... ****?
I do not think so...
Just think If Adonis fights Pascal he will be further more proving why he is the greatest light heavyweight of this era, Bhop didn't want to fight Adonis for a damn good reason.

oh, fuck you Stephen Espinoza.
The reason for the delay regarding Adonis Stevenson***39;s Sept 27th opponent is the following: As of last week, GYM expected Gabriel Campillo

To be green lighted by Showtime, however over the weekend Showtime removed Campillo from the list of suitable TV opponents for Stevenson.

Rob Salka gets robbed against a bum ass Ricardo Alvarez, lets feature him on Showtime again against the lineal 140 champ! He earned it! Campillo gets robbed in two title fights against two top 10 contendres, lets feature the dues who got the gifts instead!Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 08-14-2014, 10:30 AM.

Approve 77th ranked fighter at 130 to fight the 140lb lineal champ...... Decline former unified champ of 175 to fight lineal 175lb champ..... Hmmmm

People talk all the time about fighters who get robbed, well Campillo is actually one of those guys. Dude has never gotten a fair shake.

uh, so Stevenson is no longer fighting in September. Date has been moved to November.

Maybe that's enough time for Pascal now. Showtime would have looked pretty bad if they gave Adonis another tuneup after the Hopkins/Stevenson debacle and Garcia/Salka.Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 08-14-2014, 02:46 PM.

Campillo is deserving though truthfully wasn't that interested I the fight his chin is too shaky for a puncher like Adonis would rather see him against another up n comer type.
Main Events should try to make Campillo v Lepikhen the guy they had on last week as a barometer.
