If u had to Label ONE Movie as THE Greatest of all time which one would u choose?

i mean my favorite movie is something stupid like Batman Returns, but i watched Shawshank, and i get the Attention, However after many watches i personally feel that this one should be Labelled as the most perfect Film from start to Finish..

Definitely worthy of that title. . . So many greats. . .

City of God is one IMO. . . Of course you got the Godfather. . .

12 Angry Men is one of my all time favorites. . . One of my motivations for pursuing my legal career in public defense as well.

I don't think it's really possible to have "one answer"; you see, cinematic greatness can only be achieved within the realm of the targeted audience. A lot of what makes a movie great, is how people perceive the movie, and relate to it. Different movies appeal to different bases of audience. . .

City of God is one IMO. . .

Definitely co-sign this one.. Such a powerful movie. a few of my other favorites are American History X, A Prophet and Menace II Society
