  • 'wraps Offical NSB Survival Guide for New Users

This guide is designed to help new users and new boxing fans understand more about the intricacies of the sweet science, the politics of the forum(s), and a crash course in survival in the shark infested waters that is Non Stop Boxing.

What follows are the key guidelines and facts that will be your light in the dark, your resource in moments of doubt and despair. The point from where you reshoot your azimuth. Your stool where you rejuice for the next round.

With that said, this is intended to not expire but be updated from time to time by members with experiences, sound voices of wisdom, boxing fans with battle scars, as we preserve the place we love, NSB: both a sanctuary, and a battleground.

Guidelines, facts, and pointers to sucessfully maneuver NSB.
    (In no particular order)

-Cop an old school boxer avi, it boosts your credibility, and gives off the first impression of a knowledgeable boxing head.

-Wearing Floyd and Pac "gear" (avi, sig) is like wearing crip and blood colors in a neutral turf. Do so proudly! But be prepared to defend yourself.

-Develop a posting style that you find effective. If you can't post toe to toe, don't, post on the back foot and don't be afraid to jump on your bicycle - who cares what the crowd (other posters) says, if you don't have the chin or conditioning (green bar) you don't need to be taking those shots. On the flip side if you go through many wars you will be known as a fearless warrior.

-Stick to the main/sticky discussion threads. Ban Stick does not play. Follow the rules, it's that simple. Remember, you need all the ban strikes you have starting off for post wars, if you need to act a fool, go to the Boxing Scene Lounge where ignorance is tolerated full scale.

-If you make a points bet, pay up. Unless your name is larryx, you won't get away with it. Trust me.

-NSB is similar to prison in that who you know and who you roll with affect your respect and your survivial. Mayweather Mafia and Pacman Posse are the most dominant forces so being under them is the safes route, but you can always be a rougue and do your own thing. All in all, just rep your favorite fighter(s) hard, hug those nuts with all your might (while still trying to be objective, and have fun!

-Be prepared to back your scorecard up!

-If you get caught alt-ing, you will probably get banned.

-rockin'... apparently had his thumb in the vicinity of James Toneys anus.

-Never ask for illegal streams in a thread.

-Go out of your way to diss mma as an inferior combat sport on a regular basis.

Floyd and Pac are cancers to the sport. I can't wait till they retire. NSB will be a much better place when that happens.

              ATG thread lol.

Larry still in debt from that Broner fight. Nice plug for the show at the end! Kinda gets me motivated to put some more effort into it. Been thinking about taking the best sections of each show and uploading it to YouTube sort of as a recap to serve as promo.

Pic a side Floyd or PAC....

Figure out alliances with other fighters, for example most Floyd fans love Danny Garcia. Most Pac fans love Bradley. Don't know how this happened but it seems to be the case.

Boxrec is your friend, Make sure to use it as reference before spouting of who ducked who or why someone fought this bum.
