What Is A Good Site To Find Some (boxing)avatars That Will Be The Correct Pixels? I Have Noticed It's Very Difficult To Find Avatars Because Of The Size Restraint, But In Signiture You Can Use Pretty Much Anything. Anyone Have Any Good Ideas?

Never Used Paint Before Could You Please Inform Me How To Switch The Size Without Actually Cutting The Pic In Half. I Just Tried Switching Size And It Cut My Whole Picture In Half And All I Had Was The Glove Showing.....thanks For The Assistance
