  • Pacquiao apologizes to fans, not satisfied with performance

Fans weren't the only ones who were disappointed in last night's megafight. Pacquiao, despite cruising to an easy unanimous decision over future Hall-of-Famer Shane Mosley, is not satisfied with his performance.

"I feel I could do better, I am not satisfied tonight, but I am happy I won the fight," said Pacquiao, when asked about the crowd appearing to boo at times in the fight. "I just want to make the fans happy. I fight for the fans. I'm sorry if fans were upset, but I did my best."

Pacquiao stated that he felt Mosley was running and fighting to survive the fight, and it was difficult due to an apparent leg injury. Pacquiao attributed this injury to the reason that he could not cut off the ring and get the knockout the fans were eagerly waiting for.

"It was hard because he seemed like he was running. I have some tightness in my legs..around the third round. I could not move as usual and he did not want to fight."
