Anything but pop is good for losing weight.
The thing people don't realize about pop is it has ALOT of sugar in it. When you drink Pop, you don't actually realize how much your drinking because you never get full unless you drink it fast.
For your question, water would be the best to lose weight.

Not sure about grapefruit, but any athlete should drink water at least 8-12 glasses a day. and thats a minimum.
Before sex, you should eat mangos.

I heard somewhere that drinking cranberry juice increases your blood count therefore it increases your staminia. Don't take my word for it, no idea.
I drink the POM juice, good anti-oxide, grade juice, and cranberry juice. I try not to drink too much juice cause of the sugar.
