Since he has went on record saying that he does not intend to budge on the catchweight of 155, therefore does not intend on facing GGG afterwards, should the WBC just go ahead and strip him right now?

This is supposed to be a voluntary title defense while the mandatory waits for him. Since he is making it clear that he will not face his Middleweight mandatory at the middleweight limit, this should no longer be a voluntary title defense.
