I'm not interested in the past, the history section can deal with that ,here is my take on a few of the guys who are active
Rios
Froch
Vitali
Mayweather
These guys have answered questions I had. I've no doubts every single one of them could be KO'd under the right circumstances but they have done enough to have solid whiskers in my book
There was a guy who was mentioned by Natas[I think] to be the oldest fighter to fight. I think his chin could actually be the best ever.
I found him...
Saoul Mamby.
His record right away screams "bum" 45-34. But the guy suffered 1 TKO, that was when he was 46 years old. His last three fights, he was 52, 53, [8 year retirement], 61 years old. He lost all of them by decision.
He fought prime Duran, Shields, McGirt, Blocker, Castillejo. They all beat him, but none of them knocked him out.
Of course he's a "no name" so he won't be mentioned.
I have a feeling that the top 5 best chins in boxing are actually no-name journeymen, who these guys that are being mentioned, fought, but couldn't knock them out. You know, that guy with the terrible record, that your favorite fighter has a points win over.
