Puerto Rican prospect Jose "Sniper" Pedraza (11-0, 7 KOs) will defend his junior super featherweight crown of the World Boxing Council (WBC) on February 22 at the Audiorio Juan "Pachin" Vicens in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The show will be promoted by Javier Bustillo of Universal Promotions. Pedraza's last fight was in October in Missouri, where he headlined in a Showtime televised fight - and stopped Tevin Farmer (7-4-1, 1 KO) of Philadelphia in the eight round. Pedraza is co-promoted by Universal Promotions, Gary Shaw Productions and DiBella Entertainment. Pedraza's opponent will be announced shortly.
