i used to stay off 13th street in the barrio.
as a rican raised in the east coast i never encountered any samoans but when i met my first one i was impressed, good dudes with big hearts and a warrior spirit. the smallest samoan i ever met was 6'.
just keep them away from the liquor.

I am glad I got out of that ESSJ. East Side San Jo mindset! College did me good! I go back to see my cousins, they are always posted up, slinging and grinding! That daily grind, always waiting for a come up!

my only other rican friend lived on story road ... there used to be that music store there - that was my spot for a minute.
i went out there for school, san jo really opened up my narrow views of the world.

I could have been a Spartan, but went to Cal to get out of my narrow east side mind set! It's all about breaking patterns!
Many family members are sleeved up with ink. Neck ink too.
But, I stayed ink free. I got nothing against it, but back in the day, it was an invitation to the police to stop you, and ask questions!
