  • Getting Big Shoulders, Biceps, Chest, Etc With This Workout?

    Getting Big Shoulders, Biceps, Chest etc by ONLY doing

    -Pull Ups
    -Dips
    -Press Ups,
    -Pefect Press Ups
    -Cardio (Running, Swimming, Rowing, Step Master)

    NO Weight Training what so ever......

    Can it be achieved?

        idk maybe you could include some weight training. it would build muscle, i think your exercises are more like toning

            yeah it could you just need to eat a lot of protein. It's not like your body knows the difference between weights and calisthenics..it's just higher reps and uses more of the full body. Just eat a **** load of protein as I said.

              Your body does know the difference in the amount of strain it's under and the body's response to that is what leads to muscle gain. There isn't much room to progress and get bigger by only using your bodyweight.

                Because you said so?

                Amir Khan, Carl Froch, only do body weight exercises, and they look pretty good and are always strong.

                So do plenty of others. You can get a good body and get big with out doing weights. Weights aren't everything.......

                  You asked if getting BIG shoulders, biceps, chest etc w/o weights is possible.

                  Amir Khan and Carl Froch are NOT big.

                  If you already have your mind dead set and claim to know all the answers, then why do you keep asking questions like this?
