It's a shame what happened to this guy. He would have been in discussion for the number 1 p4p right now. He already had a good resume and in this almost two year lay off he would have put more names on there.
IMO He would have defeated Gamboa. We already know how much a Gamboa win alone did to other fighter's stock.

That guy would whoop any PBC fighter from 135-140 even after being out of the ring for over 2 years. Broner he would just embarrass, that guy shouldnt even be on TV anymore.

Toughest fight would be against Crawford, right now i would favor Crawford who is one of the best p4p. Garcia has the tools to be one of the best as well, hopefully we will see him again soon, Gamboa would be a good first fight for him.
