Just saw David Tua vs Monte Barrett

that was my first time watching David Tua fight and I must say Im particularly impress with his performance and especially his left hook..
He may be fat and old now but Wow he got some explosive in those punches and good techniques in slide/slipping those punches.. he must have been wa beast 10 years ago..

IMHO he is good but not good enough to beat the top contenders anymore

ibeabuchi fight had the highest punch thrown and landed in a heavyweight fight.

izon was not far behind.

Tua has always been fat but he definitely showed his age on that fight. He had several opportunities during the fight to close the deal on Barrett but never did. It was like he was thinking too much which is not his forte. He was lucky to get the draw.
