    just checked mine and it was 59 bpm. what's everybody else's?

      find your pulse on your neck or palm and count how many times it beats in a minute.

          the average americans heart rate is somewhere in the mid to upper 70's. 35 is abnormally low

            hm..y is it so low? I mean I know I've gained some weight but I dont feel nothing bad with my body except that I get tired real quick in sparring..

              odds are you miscounted or you may have an enlarged heart.

                    resting heart rate is best checked once you wake up in the morning. mines 50-58bpm one i wake up. some athletes have an incredibly low resting heart rate because of their level of conditioning. ive heard instances of long distance athletes getting as low as the 30s.
