You want to know why Saint's Row has become such a stupid, wacky game? Because the developers copied San Andreas thinking they could compete with GTA, saw what happened with GTA4, and realized they didn't stand a chance.

In short, Saint's Row sucks ass compared to Grand Theft Auto.

lucky i was given a copy of saints row 2... but it gathering dust cos im learning how to play nba 2k11.

Saints Row 2 was a better game than GTA IV. The online was a lot better, activities were fun and the story was good. Saints Row 3 starts you at the top, in every GTA you start at the bottom, but now we can finally enjoy all that success.

The activities in SR3 look fun, it's co-op so that is a big bonus. They've said that SR3 is designed as bad ass as possible and it's over the top just to maximise the fun you'll have on it.

It doesn't compare to the GTA series, but it's a good substitute while you wait for GTA V.
