Floyd is down for random testing has done it for 3 fights yet when it was offered to Manny he refused


They say Manny is clean cause he never failed a test..ok neither has Jmm yet they are on here saying he is juicing,so why is he guilty and Not Manny?

Jmm even said he would do random testing as ling as Manny does it
