    HI, im developing a plan to help get back into boxing shape after my surgery. I will work on Aerobic Endurance, Hypertrophy, Strength, Speed / Power and finally Anaerobic Endurance in that order. My questions are, what should my goals be? How should i measure my aerobic fitness and what is a reasonable level for amature fighting? Thanks in advance, Josh
