Some good suggestions there. I like Judge Doom especially, he can go in my top ten. Chopper and Carlton don't really qualify though I don't think as they are more anti-heroes than villains. Angel Eyes is a good call too. As is the Queen from Snow White. Disney makes some pretty evil characters.

Vigo the Carpathian is a good villain actually, much better than Gozer from the first movie.

Some more excellent villains include Emperor Palpatine, Boba Fett, Grand Moff Tarkin and Jabba the Hutt, all from the original star wars trilogy which has to be p4p the greatest source of movie villains EVAR!

We all have our own preferences but officially Hannibal Lecter is voted the worst villian of all time..

The AFI [American Film Institute] has unveiled a list of the top 100 villains and heroes, voted for by film industry professionals including actors, directors and critics. Dr Lecter's murderous behaviour has sent chills up the spines of audiences since he was first played by Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs in 1991:
