I agree. Pacquiao has run through the best fighters of this era. For Roy to match what Manny has done, he would have had to have KTFO out of Hopkins, Toney and Ruiz. He didn't, and those fights were pretty damn boring. The most remarkable second round KO I remember from Roy's career was when he got KTFO by Antonio Tarver.
