      He's more Yank than Mexican.

JCC or Finito. Sal died way too young and I believe we never saw him at his peak.

Ricardo Lopez, Miguel Canto, Jose Becerra, and Baby Arizmendi all should of been on the list especailly the first two.

In my opinion the greatest Mexican fighter of all time is Julio Cesar Chavez. His accomplishments and record speak for it's self and I feel are unmatched in Mexican boxing history.

Chavez was one of boxing best ever body punchers, but people forget he was also a clever boxer and a underrated technician with a powerfull Jab, tight defence, anvil chin, and he never stopped coming foward.

Chavez also had a great ability to read fights and at his peak overcame sharp boxers aswell as big punchers.

Chavez won his first 87 bouts, an incredible stat to say the least. He held the WBC Super Featherweight Title for 3 years and made 9 defences. He then moved up to win the WBA Lightweight Title aswell as the WBC 135lb Title.

After this he moved up to Light Welterweight to win the WBC and made 12 defences of that title aswell as unifing the division by winning the IBF Title. After losing the title in his first official lost he then regained it and made another 4 defences.

What on earth is Carlos Zarate doing on this list? Now I'm no fan of Barrera and Morales, but both these man have far superior resume's than Zarate.I'd say that Juan Manuel Marquez even has a better resume.

                    Zarate was no great.
