I don't think this is the case anymore. The rich are leaving and renouncing their US citizenship in order to evade taxes, such as, Facebook co founder Eduardo Saverin. They go to places like Singapore where there is no capital gains tax.

I read some of the entries, thought about them, thought about how i was going to respond, and i concluded that "I could care less" was the best statment to make because i dont want to just tell you i dont care, i want to tell you i put thought into what you had to say, i read over everything, spent some time writing a response and came to the conclusion it was a complete waste of my time, and i Could care much much less about your list.
