What about reverse sperm donor program (This may even exist already).

Hire a woman contractually, where you may or may not have direct sexual contact with her, to be inseminated/impregnated. Once she gives birth, the child is to be turned over to you immediately.

The strongest of genes will be "diluted" by roughly 30-60% just because you have a gene responsible for great explosive power doesnt mean it will be dominant over another gene that is great for endurance but terrible for explosive power.

Other genes like hormone levels arnt so much one or the other they tend to get diluted rather than being just one or the other so a hyper masculine man with an ultra feminine woman will produce a middle ground son. But a tall man with a short woman will tend to produce either a short or a tall son although it can average out in the middle too.
