Fact is Golden Boy/Top Rank have agreed fight terms and the contract has been sent to Floyd......aka Floyd has not dictated the terms of the fight.......aka fight is never going to happen

Someone needs to bang their heads together to be honest. Team Pacquiao are more interested in goading Mayweather "he doesn't want the fight" than pushing him to sign it.

yeah, sick of mayweather ducking challenges. he wouldnt fight margarito, he wouldnt fight cotto, and now it seems he wont fight pacquiao. and he has the cheek to say hes the greatest of all time?!
