The problem with just assuming it was AMINO 4500 is that anything could be in that bottle. Even if they do test the contest of the bottle, it's possible that the the one pill he took was an illegal drug while the other pills were just there for cover.
If it was something they had to report beforehand and they didn't, it makes it shady regardless of what the test results are.

Of course, I'm speculating this was the case but like I said from my understanding this is the way things are supposed to be (in most states).
