  • People undervalue how lucky we are to see Rigondeaux as a pro

He would 100% be on his 4th gold medal by now if he was still an amateur and be known as the GOAT amateur. People would question who he would do in pro games and regret that this great was never able to turn pro like Stevenson, Savon, Hernandez and Kindelan before him. His presence in the pro game has artificially enhanced this era of fighters to coincide skill wise with those of the 2000s.

O fock off you ditzy boxing hipster. Rigo has one good win and now he's facing bums in Japan. Loma is arguably a better amateur (they're close).Having Ward and Golovkin above Manny in terms of skill shows what a ditsy bumsniff you are.

He just needs to get in the ring with other big fighters. I know money is an issue, but we need to see him tested.

Stylistically Donaire fought the completely wrong fight. There are big names and big fights at Featherweight. If Rigo doesn't get Frampton or Quigg next year I hope he moves up.

Rigondeaux has more of a fighter's instinct than Lomachenko.

Also Cuban fighters are going to beat the shit out of Mexicans now that Cuba is improving their international relations.

He is what we thought he was! That's why Donaire dropped his ass! And there's more of that coming in his future because Hes soft! Now if you want to crown him than crown his ass!!!!!

How many times has he been dropped? How many times has Loma?

Who has Rigo faced other than Donaire?

Why single out Mexican fighters only? Also, we've already seen some good pro Cuban fighters, they're not exactly destroying everybody out there now are they?

Rigo is special though, one of the best today.

Mexican fighters only do well because boxing is a niche sport and few others with a population as high as there's are interested in it.
