IMO yes. He was a fantastic box/fighter. I would have loved to seen him in with Barry McGuigan. My money would have been on Nelson.

Yes.I am not saying that he was the greatest but I feel that he was one of the most underrarrated boxing champions.

The answer depend on where you want to draw the ATG line, but Nelson was a helluva fighter.
