Ive always prefered welterweight especially recently with mayweather, cotto and margarito in huge fights. Without a doubt the best divisions at the moment.

You now he is not going to stay at 147 thats obvious, and you know that he will not go back to 130. JMM and Campbell ahead of Pacman is farfetched. And you are 1 of the most respected people on this board I agree but you must have a thing for Pacman.
Pacquiao's win at 135:
-WBC titleholder David Diaz
Marquez's win at 135:
-Lineal champion Joel Casamayor
On a pound for pound list, Manny > JMM because he has a better resume, but when ranking them at lightweight, JMM has done the better work and is the lineal champ. Hence why you rank Marquez above Pacquiao at lightweight.
You also have to rank Campbell at lightweight because Juan Diaz was very highly regraded. Juan is better then David Diaz.
You don't rank Campbell above Marquez however because Marquez is the champ. He has a win over Joel Casamayor, who not only has a win over Campbell, but Casamayor was the legit champ who earned it by beating Diego Corrales.
"Twice if not for the judges error" is completely subjective too. You could argue that JMM won the first fight and you could easily argue that JMM won the second one too.
