I'd say both are equally motivated... that's what will make this a great fight. As for Alvardo's boxing style, he is definitely a solid boxer who methodically breaks down his opponents... just so he gets into the groove soon enough in the fight. Hopefully he doesn't get drawn into a firefight. He's classy, unlike your 'dookie' comment. Whether it's occurred to you or not... it is possible to comment negatively or positively about a boxer without making low-classed comments regarding them.
