Is the U.S. Government out of control?

Obama does whatever the **** he feels like. Like signing bills into law that end the bill of rights(NDAA). Youtube is now full of videos of cops beating unarmed protesters and using grenades now. Are we not allowed to protest anymore? Is the freedom of speech gone as well? Of course all these cops are beating the hell out of people in states that have Nazi gun control laws. I feel like im living in the early stages of Nazi Germany. This country has "changed" like obama said it would....but in a very bad way. The founding fathers are probly rolling over in their graves right now.
