CJ because you could customize him

CJ - because of all the customization. The most likeable to me was Niko. But its a shame hes on GTA 4

Well im split here i like Tommy Vercetti because he was such a bad ass. Who didn't take no crap from nobody, but then i like CJ because he was more human. And he had more emotions than any other of the GTA characters, except Niko Belic but i didn't really like him as a character and i found his story pretty boring after awhile.
