Patriot Judge Katherine Forrest ruled that section 1021 of the NDAA bill was unconstitutional. Citing that the language in section 1021 was so vague that citizens exercising their 1st amendment rights could be detaine indefinitely. Immediatly after Judge Katherine made this ruling Obamas lap dog Attorney General Eric Holder sought to lift the the ban on indefinite detention. 3 appeals court judges, all appointed by Pres. Obama, ruled in favor of staying Judge Forrests ruling.
