    Also guys

    Red grapes are very good for you and surprisingly sweet this is awesome, they almost pass as candy! (almost)


    Also a healthy ceriel n skimmed milk. Although thats too carby for me


    Also their are many types of nut as this forumshows, macadamia, halzel nuts pecan nuts wal nuts all good ****

    also coco nuts kick ass! esp with chocolate, bounty bars dont count

        Didn't do that but I love juice. I used to make my own apple juice, pure concentrate, no added sugar, pasteurized and then bagged in these 5 liter cartons, like these,

        Then you got your own apple juice for most of winter.

                I found the master food!

                Hot chocolate!

                Water plus 1 sachet of hot chocolate (includes full fat milk powder) = 44 calories

                add a tiny bit of baileys in it

                and u have a lovely tasting low calorie, low fat, sugar craving killing snack

                its enough for me at least

                also the milk in it (some protein) and the liquid content makes it fill u up a bit, I didnt even choose one made with low fat milk powder

                its a shame they dont leave milk powder out i prefer real milk but if u use real milk u add another 100 calories even if its skimmed, but even so 140 cal is not that bad at all



                a chocolate bar on the other hand = 200 calories and are very Moorish u could easily eat 10 of them
